strength & cardio classes

ABS: A Beautiful Stomach. Develop the core strength you want.

Body Strong: A total body workout to strengthen and tone.

Boot Camp: This class will push your body past its limits to obtain the strength and endurance you deserve! Uses muscle confusion to keep your body guessing, which translates into faster results.

Cardio and Sculpt: Low-impact aerobics followed by a series of toning exercises.

EnhanceFitness: Keep your fitness forever with this class
designed for the active older adult.

H.A.B.I.T.: Hips, Abs, Butts & Inner Thighs. A perfect
complement to I’LL BE BACK.

I’ll Be Back: Get an awesome upper-body workout that
incorporates many methods for developing strength and amazing arms, shoulders and back.

POUND: This full-body cardio jam session combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series.

Roll Out: We’ll use foam rollers to decrease muscle soreness and recover.

SilverSneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Motion: Designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available for seated or standing support.

TurboKICK: This interval-based, full-body workout begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like
(think Tai Chi) cool-down.

Zumba (Both beginner and intermediate classes available):
Shimmy and shake your booty to a Latin beat!
water classes

Aqua Fitness: Low-intensity, no-impact class that is
invigorating, energetic and FUN! Water shoes recommended.

Group Cycling: Ride on one of our state-of-the-art stationary bikes. This class will improve cardiovascular endurance, tone up the legs and bum, all while improving overall fitness. Please call the day of class to reserve a bike, 859-987-1395.

Ride and Shine: Ride into the day and add some shine to your life knowing you started the day off right. Call to reserve a bike the day before the morning class, 859-987-1395.

Yoga: This class will incorporate all three aspects of physical fitness: cardio, strength and stretching into one invigorating session.

SilverSneakers Yoga: This class will move your whole body through a complete range of motion. Chair support is offered.

Stretch & Meditation: Calm down. Stretch out. Enjoy life.
