Adult Soccer Club

Your love of playing recreational sports doesn't have to end after high school! Come to the Y to continue pursuing your favorite athletic hobbies. Our friendly yet challenging soccer club will have warm ups, shooting drills, scrimmages and introduce you to new friends. Childcare will be provided. .

Time/Date: 5:00 p.m., Saturdays, April 13-May 4

Fee: Members- $20 per person with no childcare; $30 with childcare; $50 couples registering with childcare.

Non members- $30 per person with no childcare; $40 with childcare; $60 couples registering with childcare.

Couch To 5K

Join this seven-week running club for ages 18 and up to get you ready for your summer goals. Run/walks will be progressive, therefore early registration and regular attendance is encouraged. The program will end with participation in the Hundred Acre 5K on June 22.

Time/Dates: Mondays, May 6-June 17; 6:30 p.m.

Fee: $35 members; $45 non-members.

Fee includes race registration and t-shirt. Register by May 3.

Body Blast Boot Camp Challenge-Register for Round 2 by June 14.

This program is for all fitness levels from beginners to hard core athletes. Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Participants will receive twice weekly challenging workouts with options for no, low and high impact, weekly healthy cooking and nutrition classes, weigh and measure at start/finish and a t-shirt. Register for Round 1 by May 3; Round 2 by June 14.

Time/Date: Round 1: May 7-June 15, Round 2: June 18-July 7; Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. & Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

Fee: $75 members; &85 non-members

Adult Rec Kickball

Kickball is a fun game that will get your heart rate up while keeping your stress level down. Our adult recreational kickball is the perfect way to get active, get outside and spend some time socializing in an atmosphere that’s all about fun. Y Members may request the team they wish to be placed on.

Time/Date: Saturdays, 6:00 p.m., June 1-July 6

Fee: $35 members; $45 non members

Competitive Weight Lifting/Body Building Clinic-Cancelled Due to low registration.

Join Paul White, 2016 Kentucky Open Bodybuilding Light Heavy Weight Champion, Heavy Weight Champion and Novice Overall Champion, 2018 Kentucky Derby Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Champion for this workshop. Paul will cover a basic diet outline and nutrient timing, an overview of strength/sports training, hypertrophy training, exercise sequencing, exertion scaling and intensity techniques.

Time/Date: Saturday, June 8, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Fee: $25 members; $35 non members. Pre register by June 3.

Pickle Ball

What is pickle ball? Pickle ball is a cross between tennis and ping pong played on a badminton sized court with a special pickle ball paddle and a slightly smaller whiffle style ball. The lower net and ball lets players of all ages and abilities enjoy the game. Whether you just want to have some fun or want to test your athletic ability, this is the game for you. Come join us in the gym.

Times: 9-11:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Beginner Pickle Ball

Anyone beginning to play pickle ball or wants to learn about the game are welcome. Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. in the Y Gymnasium.

Fee: Free members; $5.50 per session non-members.


The class is designed to increase endurance, strength, range of movement and balance to support activities for daily living. A chair is available for seated or standing support. Activities include exercise using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and balls plus learning to stretch and relax.

Time/Dates: 1:15-2:15 p.m., Monday-Wednesday-Friday

Fee: Free to members

Gentle Fitness

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and range of motion. Class will consist of fun, low impact aerobic work, strength training with a variety of equipment and flexibility and balance work.

3x3 Fit

3x3 Fit ia an inovative, exciting workout method using pilates rings and varying levels of tension. This method will challenge and strengthen your entire body. Look for classes monthly on the Group Exercise Schedule.
