WATER FITNESS
Aquatic fitness is a great way to get your body moving while
improving cardiovascular health and building muscle strength.
This low-intensity, no-impact class is invigorating, energetic and FUN! Water pressure adds resistance and improves blood
circulation to reduce the strain on your heart. The water’s natural buoyancy helps minimize impact, so you can build muscle and cardiovascular strength without putting too much strain on your body. Water workouts can help improve flexibility because our joints naturally increase their range of motion when we’re moving in the water. Exercises and movement in the water can help improve your coordination and balance when you’re back on land. Water shoes recommended.
Time/Dates: 9:00 a.m., Monday-Friday
Fee: Free to members
