Learn the Lee Tai Chi system from martial arts Master, Larry 
Mattox. Tai Chi consists of linked, slow movements coordinated with special breathing to improve stress management, balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. Improve your overall wellness in spirit, mind and body in this 12 week session. Group Fitness Room.
Time/Dates: 10:30-11:30 a.m.; Saturdays,  starts April 23rd. 
Fee: Member: $100; non-member: $125


This 6 week class is designed for any female to escape any attack that may happen. It includes getting out of chokes, grabs and attacks from behind. It will teach awareness of surroundings, using small objects to help protect oneself during an emergency. This class is encouraged for high school students and adults. Classes are taught by Master Larry Mattox, a 6th-degree black belt.
Time/Dates: 11:30-12:30 p.m.; Saturdays, April 23
Fee: member $50; non member $65


What is pickle ball? Pickle ball is a cross between tennis and ping pong played on a badminton sized court with a special pickle ball paddle and a slightly smaller whiffle style ball. The lower net and ball lets players of all ages and abilities enjoy the game. Whether you just want to have some fun or want to test your athletic ability, this is the game for you. Come join us in the gym.  

Times: 9-11:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. 
Fee: Free to Y members.


The class is designed to increase endurance, strength, range of movement and balance to support activities for daily living. A chair is available for seated or standing support. Activities include exercise using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and balls plus learning to stretch and relax.

The Y will host an Adult Painting Party in July at noon. Open to all, you do not have to be a member. The cost is $40 per decor set. Register at the front desk before as space is limited. Choose your decor project at registration. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the 2022 YMCA Annual Campaign. *Childwatch available.


Come to the Y Fridays in June from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm for lunch. Each week will feature a different type of food truck. A percentage of the sales during the lunch hours will be donated to the YMCA Annual Campaign. So tell your friends and co workers,
