HEALTHY KIDS DAY

Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. In fact, research shows that kids are prone to gain weight and fall behind in studies. During Heathly Kids Day, the Y and a variety of Bourbon County agencies will share the importance of health and safety, physical activity and healthy food choices with kids of all ages through a variety of activities. Join us for a morning of fun activities, healthy snacks, inflatables, face painting, information stations, prize giveaways, a gymnastics exhibition and much more.
