Fitness Class Descriptions

Strength & Cardio Classes

Circuit Training: This class presents interval segments designed to give the participant a total body workout using various modalities and exercise patterns.

Dance Fitness: This class is accessible to all fitness levels. It will also provid an easy and fun way to get active with a wide variety of offerings.

HIIT: High-intensity interval training (HIIT): is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise w/ less intense recovery periods.

Intro to Fitness: Introductions to all group exercise classes.

Line Dancing: Perfect for all levels this class guarantees a fun workout while learning some classic line dances mixed in with some originals set to fun music. 

Mind & Movement: This class promotes cognition and aerobic fitness through exercise to improve heart health, balance, muscular strength and endurance. Incorporates a chair, weights, and resistance bands, a well as wooden Lummi sticks.

Stretch & Flex: Enhance your workout routine with flexibility and balanc training for improved performance. Stretches the whole body with a relaxation segment.

Strength Fusion: Cardio & Strength training to challenge your muscles.

TurboKICK: Combine choreographed kickboxing moves with HIIT training for an unbelievable calorie burn. Online class.

Zumba: Shimmy and shake your booty to a Latin beat! Easy to follow, calorie burning dance moves.

Water Classes

Aqua Fitness: Low-intensity, no-impact class that is invigorating, energetic and FUN! Water shoes recommended.

Splash Dance: High energy water cardio class that incorporates music and dancing to work out your full body. 

Group Cycling

Group Cycling: Ride on one of our state-of-the-art stationary bikes. This class will improve cardiovascular endurance, tone up the legs and bum, all while improving overall fitness. Please call to reserve a bike, 859-987-1395.


Yoga: This class will incorporate all three aspects of physical fitness: cardio, strength and stretching into one invigorating session.

Yoga Sculpt: Using light to medium sized weights, we will find a deeper muscular resistance in traditional yoga poses. Whether you are looking to enhance your strength training form, to move easier, or to just simply be with your body, this class is for you!

Resorative Yoga: Gentle, slow style of yoga that is designed with gentle floor based sequences using props that support you to fully relax the muscles, slow mental activity, shift emotional patterns.

SilverSneakers Yoga: This class will move your whole body through a complete range of motion. Chair support is offered.
