Strength & Cardio Classes

Bootcamp: Mid to high weight exercises combined with intervals, strength, & core training. It’s a high calorie burning class and is designed to push you to the max.

Cardio Drumming (Sticks): STICKS is an hour long heart pounding cardio drumming workout using stability balls and drums sticks that'll make you feel like a total rockstar. This class really is a BLAST and the intensity level can be easily modified to meet your needs.

Core, Glutes & More: This Abs and Glutes Class is sure to set you on fire! Incorporating weights and bands, with a variety of standing and laying down exercise counted out to your favorite songs to help motivate you.

SHINE Dance Fitness: Combines cardio and toning for well-rounded, whole body HIIT workout for all levels.

Fit Family Fridays: A workout for the whole family with exercise, games, team challenges as a family.

Flex & Stretch: Flex & Stretch is a great way to start your day! This class focuses on mobility and preparing your body for the day with slow stretches and exercises to work your muscles.

Full Body: This class includes cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

Gloves: Participants will wrap hands, don gloves, and go 10 rounds in this hour long heavy boxing bag class. You will learn basic punches, combinations, and drills while improving your cardio endurance, building strength and gaining confidence in a fun group setting. Bags must be reserved in advance, equipment is provided.

Kettlebells: Strength and functional training meet cardiovascular fitness. Workout will include compound exercises with a kettlebell set in a quick paced Tabata format. The goal is to increase strength and improve mobility.

Line Dancing: Perfect for all levels this class guarantees a fun workout while learning some classic line dances mixed in with some originals set to fun music.

Pound: A 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full body workout.

Power Sculpt: Get ready to sweat, tone, and feel the burn in our PowerSculpt class! This high-energy workout seamlessly blends heart-pumping aerobics with targeted strength exercises. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, PowerSculpt can be tailored to your level of intensity.

SilverSneakers: Increase endurance, strength, range of movement & balance to support daily living activities. Chair available for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Boom: Dance Inspired workout to challenge cardio fitness with easy to follow moves.

Seated Sticks: STICKS is an hour long cardio drumming workout using stability balls, a chair and drums sticks that'll make you feel like a total rockstar. This class really is a BLAST and the intensity level can be easily modified to meet your needs.

Steps & Sets: This is a non traditional step class with a modern twist. This class alternates between step aerobics and upper body strength training, effectively working the entire body. Modify to meet your fitness needs and have some fun!

Latin Dance: Shimmy and shake your booty to a Latin beat! Easy to follow, calorie burning dance moves.

Water Classes

Aqua Power: Mid to high Class is about an hour long and consists of 30 minutes of cardio, including intervals to pump up your heart rate, resistance training and abs utilizing pool noodles, and a good stretch at the end. Aqua-Power is designed to be challenging but can easily be dialed back to meet your needs. Come make a splash with us!

Water Fitness: Low-intensity, no-impact class that is invigorating, energetic and FUN! Water shoes recommended.

Group Cycling

Group Cycling: Ride on one of our state-of-the-art stationary bikes. This class will improve cardiovascular endurance, tone up the legs and bum, all while improving overall fitness.

Yoga

SilverSneakers Yoga: This class will move your whole body through a complete range of motion. Chair support is offered.

Yoga: This class will incorporate all three aspects of physical fitness: cardio, strength and stretching into one invigorating session..
